Important notice for all passengers on CSAs‘ flights from Ostrava

Dear passengers,

On 31st January 2013 Czech Airlines terminates providing of ticketing services for its passengers at the Ostrava Leos Janacek Airport.

There will be no possibility to make any change in ticket reservations on any CSA’s flight with the exception of reservations arranged via Letiste Ostrava, jsc. (Ostrava Leos Janacek Airport operator).

In case of any requested/needed change of ticket reservation due to flight cancellation, flight delay etc. we kindly ask affected passengers of Czech Airlines to contact Call centrum of CSA at Prague as the only contact point available with effect from 1st February 2013. As we have no more any means of providing the above mentioned services we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
