A new bus – the Solaris Urbino 15, will ensure that the comfort and safety of travellers is improved as they move across the wide spaces of Leoš Janáček Ostrava Airport.

The airport shop has recently begun operating in the transit area of Ostrava Airport.
The opening times of the shop are adapted to the flight timetable.

Passengers can use the newly opened booking centre for the Central Connect Airlines airline company in the departure hall of Leoš Janáček Ostrava Airport. This is simultaneously a sales point for the airline company Austrian Airlines and provides a comprehensive ticket service.

One of the intentions is to specialise in connections through Vienna, therefore the booking centre also offers airline tickets from other partners (e.g. Korean Air), flights direct to and from Vienna, with the possibility of connecting flights between Ostrava and Vienna. Naturally, the booking centre also deals with all demands to change ticket details and special requests. The centre provides help desk and information services for clients as well as ticket agents etc.

The new booking centre offers several more advantages:
