After the winter break the Ostrava - Tel Aviv route is back in operation. The first flight takes off as early as Saturday 9th February 2013. Awertour is the guarantor of the flights and the airline carrier is Travel Service. Trips and separate tickets can be bought on their respective websites.
 

The Danube Wings airline is expanding its operations of scheduled flights from Ostrava to Vienna. From 14th January 2013 the number of daily connections will be increased to twice daily. Departure from Ostrava every weekday at 5:20 and 17:20, flights from Vienna to Ostrava start at 9:20 and 20:50. Ticket prices start at € 49.
The carrier is also changing the weight limit for checked baggage from 15 kg to 23 kg (this is valid for children over two years and adult passengers). Other conditions, such as payment for exceeding the permitted luggage weight, remain in force.
